After receiving a service call, our staff will respond within twenty-four hours, and an appointment will be scheduled to address the issue within forty-eight hours. With the field knowledge our staff has we are able to not only cure the existing problem, but help to prevent further damage. Acker Floor to Ceiling is dedicated to the needs and wants of each customer. All service calls are addressed in a friendly and professional manner. With experienced, and superior product knowledge our staff can offer service in areas where competitors may fall short. The goal of our service department is to find the problem, formulate a solution, and leave the customer satisfied.

Flooring Schedule Department

We make it our point to service you, the customer with timely and professional installation. We believe the key to that is in our communication. After the completion of each sale the customer will be contacted to set up an installation date, based upon arrival of materials and availability within our installation schedule. Another phone call is placed to the customer confirming shipment dates of products and or any delays that may have arisen due to back orders of material. From that point our staff will confirm a specific date and time that works for our customer. The day before the installment takes place customers will receive a final courtesy call confirming the start time of the installment for the next day.

With a number of high quality installers and a responsive vendor catalogue we are usually able to get installment setup times within two weeks of the initial sale.
